A lot of the names giving this company 5 stars appear to have the same three or four reviews in common and were shared around the same time. Not sure what this company is up to, but their reviews from the past number of months appear shady. Their product is VERY expensive- so Im out over $900 because they arent following regulation or providing their customers with appropriate safety information? Draw It is not doing right by their customers and I would not recommend purchasing from them. The onus of this transaction should be on them. I see no reason why we would not be eligible for a return and refund.

Ive given the company time to address the out-of-date and incomplete information. My product is unopened, has been stored appropriately, and all accessories shipped with it are present with the product in the same box it was shipped in. The lack of and inconsistency of information is astounding. What? So I was supposed to know we can't use their paint before it and the out-of-date SDS even arrived? They dont offer SDS information on their site or their product pages, and they make no offer to share this information prior to purchase. After my purchasing department reached out, we received an email response saying they cannot accept refunds or returns once the product is signed for. I requested a refund and return, which their website says is possible, numerous times only to be ignored. Unfortunately, if it isn't there, the average person wouldn't know.

After they shared an update of the SDS, their documents still don't comply with OSHA standards and regulation, so our office Safety Manager could not in good conscience approve the use of the paint.
